Someone asked me few days ago, "Arent you too busy to do craft work now?"

My reply?
"You try to make time for things you love - family, friends and even hobbies."

To me, crafting is relaxing so I do not see a reason why I should stop doing it.

My new found love...

Designing mini books make me smile, keeps me sane and most importantly, it makes me happy! :)

Give it a try. I believe all of us have some form of creativity in us.

1. Decide on a theme - I have chosen Vintage Rose for mine as seen below

2. Get a printed card paper (A) which has variety of elements on it

3. I use a plain card paper (B) - beige colour - as the base for this project

4. Cut out the elements from the (A) - i am using butterflies, chunky flowers, phrases

5. Layer these elements on (B)

6. I used foam tapes to create different heights. This will make the card look like it is 3D, like a pop-up. look.

Voila!

Once the rhythm kicks in, I promise, you will be surfing the scrapbooking waves too!

Enjoy!
